A Sacred Invitation into Healing, Devotion & Embodied Presence
Welcome to The Bhāv List—a curated sanctuary of sessions offered in the spirit of sacred service. This is not a price list. It is a living altar. A reflection of the devotion that infuses each breath, each gesture, each anointing with love and intention.
Bhāv (भाव) is the mood of the soul—the felt sense of reverence beneath all true healing. It is the essence behind the technique, the sacredness behind the structure. Each offering you find here is designed not only to address the body, but to honor the invisible, the holy, and the whole.
You are invited to choose from two complementary pathways of care:
These sessions draw upon the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, the science of the subtle body, and the intuitive intelligence of the nervous system. Each one is personalized according to your elemental constitution—Vata, Pitta, or Kapha—and supported with doshic-specific oils, rhythmic massage, and intentional touch. Rooted in physiology and grounded in presence, these sessions offer nervous system regulation, emotional release, and embodied integration. These are treatments for healing, alignment, an
A slow, steady Abhyanga massage with warm herbal oils calms the winds of the nervous system and nourishes dry, depleted tissues. Marma therapy invites the mind to stillness, restoring the breath and body to harmony.
Sip spiced ashwagandha tea, taste ghee-kissed fruit, and inhale grounding vetiver to complete your return to center.
Enhance with: red light therapy, weighted blanket ritual, or a sandalwood marma oiling.
A precise Vishesh massage with cooling coconut oil melts muscular heat and softens inner fire. Marma activation soothes the gut-heart axis, releasing held intensity with spacious presence.
Relax with rose petal tea, refreshing cucumber or melon, and inhale blue lotus or sandalwood to ease the flame into clarity.
Enhance with: LED light therapy for face/throat, chilled marma stones, or rose quartz gua sha.
A dynamic walking massage (Chavutti Thirumal) followed by warm Abhyanga revives circulation, clears stagnation, and awakens the body's inner fire. Marma points are activated to uplift and energize.
Stimulate your senses with tulsi-ginger tea, juicy citrus fruit, and a breath of eucalyptus or rosemary to emerge renewed.
Enhance with: dry brushing, cupping, invigorating scalp massage, or lymph-activating essential oil rub.
These sessions are ceremonies. They are held as sacred rites—for initiation, surrender, and transformation. Every puja includes a consecration shower, breathwork ritual, devotional asana, and anointing massage. Rooted in the path of Bhakti, these sessions are not goal-oriented—they are offerings. They welcome grief, longing, joy, prayer, and remembrance into a shared field of beauty and presence. These are rituals for the soul—for those ready to be witnessed, blessed, and returned to their essen
A ritual of sacred beginning. This puja opens the heart’s altar through a ceremonial shower, breath invocation, devotional asana, and full-body anointing. You are cleansed and called inward—to remember who you are before the world named you.
*Enhance with: floral footbath, guided mantra, or altar creation.
Enter the middle path with devotion. Through breath-led movement, sacred oils, marma touch, and guided prayer, this puja becomes a vessel for your offering—grief, longing, joy, or surrender. You are held in a field of presence, and something is transmuted.
*Enhance with: sound bath, chakra tuning, or elemental altar.
This puja is a coronation of the soul. The body is massaged and anointed in reverence, the breath and spine honored like sacred architecture. You are crowned not with ego, but with light—witnessed in your completion.
* Enhance with: red light radiance, oracle blessing, or perfumed oil blend.
